How Do I Become a Genesis Asset Management Client?
Becoming a client starts with telling us a little about yourself by visiting our Become a Client page. Once this step has been completed, we will ring you directly to set a time for a confidential review. In that call we will work to find the best solutions that meet your goals at hand. How Do I Create an Account?
The process of setting up an asset management account starts with a review of how our management services best fit within your goals. Becoming a client starts with telling us a little about yourself by visiting our Become a Client page. Once this step has been completed, we will ring you directly to set a time for a confidential review. In that call we will work to find the best solutions that meet your goals at hand. As an alternative, you are welcome to ring us toll-free at 877-984-6300. Please note that all clients having an asset management account with Genesis Asset Management and meeting minimum standards, provides for the client to also receive daily, weekly, and monthly insights from Mike Williams.
How do I Subscribe to Research and Insights?
To sign up for an accout, simply visit our secure subscribe page and fill out all of the required fields.
How Much Do I Have To Pay?
Our stand alone research subscription services cost $2,000.00 annually, payable $500.00 quarterly. We offer this service as an additional account benefit to Advisors and Clients meeting minimum account standards. We also offer a free 30-day trial. To sign up for an account, simply visit our secure subscribe page and fill out all of the required fields.
How Do I Log In?
Once you have signed up for an account, you should receive an email from Mike Williams welcoming you to the Genesis site, including a link to verify your account. Once you have verified your account, you can login in at the top of nearly every page on our site. You will see two boxes prompting you for an email address and password. Simply fill in the correct information and then click login. You should be taken to a page welcoming you to your new personal home page where you can then set your own private password.
How Do I receive Daily Newsletters?
Once you have signed up for an account, and followed the steps in your welcome email, you will receive an email from Mike Williams each time there is a new article posted. Note that you will need to log in to this site to view the entire article. It is your responsibility to make sure our emails are not being caught in your spam filter or network security software. The best way to do this is make sure we are on your white list. Click here to make sure you have permitted our emails to reach your inbox.
What Happens When My Free Trial Runs Out?
If you signed up for a 30-day trial account, you will be notified when your account is ready to expire. After 30 days, you will not receive any additional emails from Genesis Asset Management. At anytime during your 30-day trial, you can visit the site, log in, and click upgrade account in the upper right hand corner of the site, which will prompt you to securely pay for your subscription upgrade. Once you have registered the upgrade, your annual subscription will begin providing access to all web research services.
I Forgot My Password, What Do I Do Now?
We provide a handy "forgot password" link right next to the log in area on nearly every page. Or you can visit this page by clicking here. Simply enter the email address for your account and you should receive an email with a new password. Note that you must provide the correct email address that we have in our records, or you will not be recognized by the site and cannot be sent a reset email.
How Do I Change My Account Information?
Once you have logged into your account, there will be a link on the right side of the page that says edit account info. By clicking this link you will be presented with all the information we currently have in our records for your account. Please enter as much information as you would like. Understand that we do not share any personal information or email addresses with other parties.
What is an RSS Feed, and How can I get it?
An RSS Feed is a relatively new tool for people to easily keep track of new information on sites that you are interested in. Articles from Genesis Asset Management can be viewed via RSS by visiting this page: http://www.genesisam.com/rss/feed.xml. Your browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari) should provide you with further instructions.
